I have seen nearly every kind of real estate deal for residential or commercial properties. As a lifelong student of financing and negotiation and CFO, I am always challenging myself to structure the most creative deals for customers who work directly with me or my co-workers.

Expertise in Boise Area Real Estate

Licensed realtor and proud co-founder of Property People, Chad has made a career out of helping people find their perfect homes or sell their properties for the perfect price. Chad’s real estate knowledge spans the gamut from single family and multi-family property management to new construction and commercial real estate.

“Property People is such a great company, because we have such a great team where each teammate has really special strengths. Each strength benefits every deal no matter which teammate leads you to closing.

Beyond Real Estate

Chad graduated with a marketing degree from Boise State University. He is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and his church. If you enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, there’s a passing chance that you’ll see Chad there as well. An avid outdoorsman, he can tell you everything that Idaho offers families moving to or within the Treasure Valley area.

“I am thrilled with Property People’s ability to help families find or sell a home at the pace and price that is best for them. I am equally thrilled that we have been able to help all of our customers participate in the creation of affordable housing.”

Fun Facts

Chad is married and loves spending time with his family of six in Meridian. One of Chad’s closest friends is Bart Cochran, co-owner of Property People. The two have known each other since high school when their football teams met in the high school state football championships.

Chad’s Superpower

Chad knows everybody. As a Boise native, it seems that you could connect everyone in the state within two degrees of Chad Hansen. If he doesn’t know someone, chances are that he knows someone who does!
